Board Election
Board of directors will be elected from the members for a period of 3 years the president of the association will be elected from the board of directors For the a period of 3 years
Powers

· The Board shall consist of no fewer than three members or such other number as determined by the Board from time to time, elected by the Member Societies for a period of three years.

· The Board shall elect from its members a President, three Vice Presidents, a Secretary
· In the event of a vacancy or vacancies occurring on the Board, the President shall be entitled to appoint a person or persons to fill that vacancy or vacancies and such persons shall hold office until the next annual meeting of the Member Societies.

· The Board will be responsible for the policies of the business of the Association, acting itself or through the Executive Director, the Officers and committees, shall have the power to adopt all necessary rules to implement the general purposes adopted by the membership.

· The Board shall act primarily as a deliberative body responsible for establishing the Association’s policies and formulating the general rules and targets..
